Tu Compañero Católico is a Spanish-language Catholic radio program produced by the Redemptorists. The half-hour show airs weekly on 74 stations across the country, as well as the Catholic Channel on Sirius. Now in its ninth year of production, the program is produced in a magazine-style format. The rotating segments provide spiritual and religious advice; practical "how-to" tips regarding jobs, housing, and health concerns; legal commentary; and the challenge of living in a multi-cultural society. Each episode also includes entertainment in the form of religious, folkloric and popular Latino music. The program uses professional Latino talent and top-flight production values.

What does the program cost? Tu Compañero Católico is free of charge to any diocese, parish or radio station. How can I receive Tu Compañero Católico and in what format? The program can be ordered by clicking here and filling in the on-line form. Tu Compañero Católico is available on CD. Once your request has been received and processed, you will begin receiving ten programs at a time approximately every nine weeks. The programs are 27:30 in length, allotting 2:30 at the end for local news or announcements. It is also possible to use the time for revenue-generating commercials. Cue sheets which break down the program by segment are provided for every program. Who produces Tu Compañero Católico? Tu Compañero Católico is an evangelization initiative of the Redemptorist Congregation, an international Catholic missionary order. In the U.S.A., the Denver and Baltimore provinces of the Redemptorists are major sponsors. The Redemptorists produce the program in collaboration with professional Latino talent and production staff.
